アプリケーションプライバシーポリシー (Application Privacy Policy)

KTYK（以下「当方」）は、Chord Memory（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

(KTYK ("we", "us", or "our") sets forth this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of user information in Chord Memory (the "App").)

1. 取得する情報および利用目的 (Information Collected and Purpose of Use)

本アプリでは、サービスの提供・改善のために、以下の第三者提供のサービスを利用しており、各サービスが自動的に情報を取得する場合があります。
(The App uses the following third-party services for service provision and improvement, and each service may automatically collect information.)

Google Firebase Authentication

利用目的 (Purpose): ユーザーのアカウント登録、ログイン認証、およびクラウド同期機能の提供・アカウント管理のため。
(For user account registration, login authentication, and account management, as well as providing cloud synchronization features.)

取得情報 (Data Collected): メールアドレス、パスワード（ハッシュ化）、外部サービス（Google, Apple）の識別子。
(Email address, password (hashed), identifiers from external services (Google, Apple).)

Google Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics

利用目的 (Purpose): アプリの利用状況の分析、クラッシュ発生時の原因究明、およびサービスの品質向上のため。
(To analyze app usage, investigate causes of crashes, and improve service quality.)

取得情報 (Data Collected): デバイス情報、アプリの操作履歴、クラッシュログ。なお、これらの情報は個人を特定するものではありません。
(Device information, app operation history, and crash logs. These do not personally identify individuals.)

2. ネットワークアクセス (Network Access)

本アプリは以下の目的でネットワーク通信を行います。

3. 第三者提供および開示 (Third-Party Provision and Disclosure)

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意を得ることなく第三者に対して個人情報を販売または提供することはありません。

(We will not sell or provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.)

4. アカウントの削除について (Account Deletion)

利用者は、アプリ内の設定画面よりいつでも自分のアカウントおよび関連するデータを削除することができます。削除されたデータはサーバーより完全に抹消され、復元することはできません。

(Users can delete their account and associated data at any time from the settings screen within the App. Deleted data is completely erased from the server and cannot be recovered.)

5. 法令遵守とポリシーの変更 (Compliance and Changes to the Policy)

当方は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令およびその他の規範を遵守します。本ポリシーの内容は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い、随時見直しおよび改善を行います。

(We comply with Japanese laws and other standards applicable to the personal information we hold. The content of this Policy will be reviewed and improved as necessary in accordance with amendments to laws or changes in service content.)

本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内のフィードバック機能または各アプリストアのサポート窓口よりご連絡ください。

7. 言語 (Language)

本ポリシーは日本語を正文とします。本ポリシーの翻訳版と日本語版との間に矛盾や相違がある場合には、日本語版が優先されるものとします。

(The Japanese version of this Policy shall be the controlling version. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translation thereof, the Japanese version shall prevail.)
